General Transaction Process

A. Inquiry

The customer initiates the process by providing information such as the desired packaging material type, the intended product, the desired brand effect, and the required quantity.

B. Sample Request

Upon confirming the quotation, the customer has the option to request free samples from JFYPACK. The customer is responsible for the sample shipping charges.

C. Sample Approval

JFYPACK provides samples to the customer for reference, ensuring that they meet the customer's requirements.

5. Design Confirmation: If the customer has their own design draft, they provide it to JFYPACK for visual confirmation. In the absence of a design draft, JFYPACK can assist the customer in designing the product content based on their requirements. The design drafts are provided for the customer's approval. This design service is provided free of charge.

D. Contract Signing and Deposit

After the customer confirms the design draft, they sign a contract with JFYPACK. The contract specifies details such as the order quantity, transportation method, and delivery time. The customer is required to pay a deposit as stated in the contract. Payment can be made via bank transfer (T/T) or PayPal, among other methods. Production begins upon receipt of the deposit.

E. Production Completion and Notification

Once production is completed, JFYPACK informs the customer and provides relevant photos as evidence. Shipments are arranged according to the terms of the contract.

F. Shipment Documentation and Final Payment

JFYPACK provides shipment documentation, including packing lists and invoices, to the customer for verification. The customer is required to make the final payment based on the contract terms.

G. Bill of Lading and Goods Collection

Upon receiving the final payment, JFYPACK provides a bill of lading (B/L) to the customer, serving as proof for the collection of the goods.

H. Future Requirements

If the customer has future anticipated requirements, they can inform JFYPACK at any time. This allows JFYPACK to consider and reserve inventory during stock preparation for future use.
